## What It Does

## Safety and Cost Controls

The Skill validates relationships and target classes before execution. It
never hardcodes pricing. It reads current pricing from Apify, displays the
proposed scope and charge ceiling, and stops until the user explicitly
confirms.

The Skill minimizes collected profile fields. It does not infer sensitive
traits or enrich profiles with private contact data.
